Shashliks with mini cobs
Put bamboo sticks into a bowl with water and soak them. Defrost slices of corn and broccoli.
Meanwhile, prepare a marinade of oil, salt, pepper, red pepper, a teaspoon of lemon juice and a teaspoon of honey. Mix the dressing and leave it for a while to combine ingredients.
When all the vegetables are defrosted and dried, put them in the marinade, mix and leave for about an hour. Then, dry the sticks and start putting the individual ingredients on them in the order your fantasy allows. Cut the green peppers into a large cubes, of course.
Put the shashliks on a well-warmed grill to about 180 ° C and bake gently turning. In the meantime, you can pour them with the remaining amount of marinade.
