Add water to the steam cooking pot and when it boils put the frozen cobs on the top sieve and cook for about 8 – 10 min. This way of cooking allows to get better taste values of the sweet corn, does not blanch its taste and leaves more vitamins.
After the cooking time, put the cobs on a plate, spread with butter and salt or just salt according to your preferences.
