Half cobs with BBQ sauce
Spread the butter on half cobs and sprinkle with salt, then put them as close as possible in a heatproof dish. Leave it for the time necessary to prepare the BBQ sauce.
Put a spoonful of clarified butter, chopped onion and three cloves of garlic into a dish and fry until golden color. At the same time, singe 2 red peppers and peel them thoroughly, cut and add to the fried onion. Add the canned tomatoes t and cook slowly. Now you need about 60 g of smoked pepper, a tablespoon of honey, half a teaspoon of chili and about 40 g of worcester sauce. Season with salt and pepper as you like, at the end add vinegar to sharpen the taste.
With such prepared sauce, grease richly the corn and put in the oven for 20 minutes or put on the grill surface for about 35 minutes. From time to time, you can additionally coat the cobs with the sauce so that they don’t dry out.
